Summary
We are just going to pretend that WAY more time happened between episodes. That we didn’t crash from one ‘holy shit’ moment to the next. I want to believe this fits [mostly] into cannon, but also is extra scenes to go with the fact we got NOWHERE near enough LiMoreau adorableness, relationship and sexiness fun. It also means that the last few episodes of S2 wouldn’t fit in this world, but fuck it.
So… thinking caps thrown away and critical thinking shut off. This is post Cipher-forced battle but also as if there were months between deciding to go rescue Cate and actually planning how to take action (oh, and they are far less foolish in not using more of the supes who had already shown loyalty and willingness for rebellion).
