   Summary

   “I just…I want to go home,” Stiles whispered. “I could sleep if I was at home.” And Derek knew that was a lie, because they’d tried. They’d tried so hard at first. They didn’t want to put him here, in this place, with these people, but there was nothing else they could do at the time. With the Alpha Pack still breathing down their necks, it was the only way to keep him safe. It killed the Sheriff the day they dropped him off. Stiles didn’t understand.
