Summary
She loved him. He never noticed. And now Alexis Rhodes is gone—vanished the same night the Society of Light revealed itself to Duel Academy. Jaden Yuki doesn't remember watching her disappear. He doesn't remember the way she looked at him, or the words she never got to say. His friends see the emptiness where she should be, but Jaden just smiles that hollow smile and says her name like it belongs to a stranger.
As the Society spreads its white across the island, consuming students one by one, the resistance fights to save Jaden from a light that feels more like erasure. They don't know what happened to Alexis. They don't know where she went, or what she found in the darkness beneath the school. But something is coming back to Duel Academy—something that remembers everything she was forced to forget.
A retelling of Season 2, where the space between light and shadow holds more than anyone expected, and love doesn't end just because you stop being human.
