   Summary

   “Megumi! You’re out here? I thought Lord Gojo was back?”

   Yuji jogs up to him like a young foal, already sweating from what was likely an early start to the day. Megumi assumes the rest of the estate was informed about Satoru’s arrival long before he was.

   He busies himself with considering the selection of battle weapons, humming as he grasps the wooden short sword he prefers. He tosses a longer one to Yuji, giving him the benefit of reach. Yuji catches it with a head tilted in confusion, not unlike one of the great hound puppies that Megumi spends his time raising.

   “Oh. Are you not inclined to go see him? I’m sure he's asked for you…”

   “I am as inclined to go see him as I am to take a shit when I need to. As in, I do not currently have the urge.”
