    Ichigo gets some Quincy training time with Ishida. Surely nothing could go wrong.

     

    Ichigo tried again to summon a spirit bow, left arm outstretched, and sweaty brow creased so heavily it might have been permanently stuck. Twice, blue sparks had fleetingly danced at his fingertips. It was enough promise for Ishida to become visibly excited at first. After over an hour without progress, however, Ishida was just irritable. He didn't have it in him to be a patient sensei.
