Summary
You were a model priestess. Devout. Disciplined. The kind Apollo loved to show off. Right up until you actually ascended to godhood and realized Valhalla was less “holy paradise” and more “eternal frat house with better architecture.”
Apollo, radiant sun god of poetry and healing with absolutely zero shame, spent his days bathing naked in decorative fountains with his nymphs like modesty was a myth invented by mortals. This was the god you sacrificed your entire mortal life for. Incredible.
Disappointed, disillusioned and visibly unimpressed.
To remove you from his sight (and perhaps from his conscience) Apollo assigns you to the Underworld. A “divine task” he calls it.
Prince of demons. Priest of Gluttony. One of the Seven Deadly Sins. War hero. Cursed lunatic. Commonly referred to as that mad dog that bites people. Your task was to “restore his health” and “reintegrate him into society,” which translated loosely to: please make the feral, cursed demon stop terrifying everyone.
