   Summary

   It is the beginning of Shane’s second season with the Ottawa Centaurs. Last season saw them go from strength to strength, and Shane is on a mission to compete for the Stanley Cup. His husband, Ilya, also has the same goal; however, he thinks it may be a tad ambitious this season. Of course, he won’t let that affect Shane’s drive, as when it comes to hockey, Shane can achieve anything when he is motivated enough. That is until one fateful game, when Shane is knocked out cold and unresponsive. Ilya is forced to relive the trauma from many years ago, as Shane battles the effects of a traumatic brain injury.
