    “...Hey,” [Alastor's] voice warbled, laden with its usual static, but he wasn’t the one who said it. A shiver ran up his spine at the sound. “So, uh…”

    “Lucifer, I presume?” Alastor asked, smile still wide, and he tilted his head. He couldn’t tilt it as far as he was used to, the muscles in Lucifer’s neck far too tight for that.

    “Uh, yeah. Yes! Yes, hi. Um.” He paused for a long moment, brows furrowing in concentration. Alastor could practically hear the gears in his head turning. “...Bellhop.”
