    “They’re fine.” Nancy said with a firmness that’d make grown men shudder. She sounded kind of angry about it.

    “That’s… good.” Robin nodded, almost feeling as if she had to convince Nancy of the fact.

    “They don’t need me anymore.” Nancy hid her face between her knees before Robin could read the blatant lie. “Holly’s room was fixed yesterday, and she said if Holly the Heroic can face a real-life monster then she can face sleeping in her own bed, and I thought she wouldn’t last the whole night, but she did and when we saw mom in hospital today she told her and Mom said she was really brave and I- I don’t think I’m really brave, Robin.” Nancy showed her face, suddenly red and teary-eyed. “I think I was sort of wishing she’d get scared and come back to my room.”

    aka the world is saved and vecna is dead and Nancy has no clue what to do about that.
