Chapter Text
After the spell was cast, Peter felt alone. Hell, he 𝘸𝘢𝘴 alone. He found himself actually going stir crazy. He had no id, so no job, so no money, so no house. So no sleep. He couldn’t file for id because on earth, he didn’t exist anymore.
𝘖𝘯 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘩…
Fuck. Fuck. Why hadn’t he thought of this before? Mr. Strange said everybody on Earth would forget. He wasn’t indefinitely alone! If he could just find Mr. Quill, or Mrs. Mantis, or hell, even Thor the god of thunder himself, he could actually find a solution to his pitiful loneliness!
But… he didn’t want to be a burden to them.
Fuck it. He deserved human interaction. He deserved a home. Now if he could just find a way to contact someone. Or maybe get to space…

Ok so this plan wasn’t his most heroic plan, but to say he was a little bit desperate would be understatement. So, he was going to break into stark industries. Smart, right?
Wrong. Around an hour later, Peter was flying into space in an older, less durable Iron suit, with War machine himself chasing after him. Once he had shaken Mr. Rhodes down, he flew, hungry, cold, and scared. What if they rejected him? Or what if he remembered incorrectly and they did forget him?! This was a bag idea.
Oh well. He was too far into it now. And eventually, he saw it. The ship.
Was that Mr. Quill floating out in space? He was so blue and bloated.
Peter panicked, and sped towards him, but he was too late. A golden man suddenly placed Mr. Quill in his arms and shot towards the planet while holding him.
The strange man placed Mr. Quill on the floor. Peter shook his head and took off towards the planet after crowd dispersed and Mr. Quill was breathing. He flew over and the mask off. “Bug boy!” She squealed and hugged him, before quickly pulling away as if he had burned her. Peter shook his head, not ready to answer, and turned back to Quill. He was breathing now, and the puffiness had reduced substantially. “Hey Peter…” Quill greeted. Peter felt tears burn his eyes as he rushed towards Quill, hugging him so tight he couldn’t breathe. “You remember me. You all remember me” he sighed out, sobbing. He had been alone for so, so long, and now he finally found people who knew, people who cared.
“Hold up- Remember you?” Quill pulled away, taking some deep breaths as he tried to regain control over his own body. Peter mumbled a sorry and looked down.
“A supervillain revealed my identity and put me and my friends in danger so I got mr. Strange to cast a spell to make everyone forget who I was but then I messed it up trying to make sure my friends and family remembered me causing a break in the multiverse and then a bunch of supervillains came from other universes and then two other Spider-Mans helped me fight them all and aunt may died and the only way to make the multiverse go back to normal was to make everyone on earth forget who I was. I’ve been alone for over a year and then I remembered you might have not forgotten me and-“ Peter took a deep breath, his voice cracking.
“Mr Quill I’m so alone…” He sobbed
Quill pulled the younger Peter into a hug, as most of the others had dispersed by now. Mantis made a pained face as she touched his shoulder. Her eyes filling with tears.
“Sleep” She whispered.
