Work Text:
Silver laughs as Lilia shoves him forward into Jamil’s waiting arms.
“Hi, Habibi,” whispers Jamil as he tugs him close, soft smile curving his lips. “How are you feeling after your father-son dance?”
“Like I want to dance with my Beloved,” replies Silver as he loops his arms around Jamil’s neck, feeling loved.
“Let’s dance then, Habibi,” murmurs Jamil as he presses them together, firm hold and all.
Silver married the love of his life not even an hour ago, and his heart is so full of love that he’s honestly surprised he hasn’t combusted with it.
Their classmates are here in joyous spirits, and it’s a reunion after three years since they graduated.
Kalim and Malleus both chipped in to make this the wedding of their dreams, and when either of them got it in their heads that it should be more than Jamil and Silver wanted, they told Lilia and Leona.
It worked, as it was supposed to, and now Silver gets to enjoy the first official night as Jamil’s husband.
He fully intends on dancing the night away with his husband and friends before he's swept away for a honeymoon that he knows nothing about.
