shane pauses in the process of finishing off his second piece of toast, the bread halfway to his mouth as he blinks at Ilya a few times. “but-”
“no,” ilya’s voice is low but firm, and he reaches his free hand out to nudge shane’s towards his mouth and waits until the other takes another bite before he continues. “you want to be good, yes?”
shane nods almost immediately, the flush on his cheeks darkening to a deeper pink as he does so. “of course. but we need-”
“to be good boy, that means that you will listen. you trust me to take care of you.”
