Warriors: Radiated Rain

Summary:

It started with the metal birds. Fire fell from the sky, the forests were crushed by massive monsters with long metal noses, twoleg's dropped dead, and an unclean air flooded the nostrils of cats and twoleg’s alike. Years later, with the ash and dust settled, a new, much larger group of 4 clans have settled in the rubble of the now dead twoleg's

With AshClan’s burning spirit, FlightClan’s ever powerful and confusing territory, GatherClan’s knowledge of anything even vaguely useful, and AcidClan's craftiness will the 4 clans of the new world build each other up, or tear each other down like the twolegs?

It seems Berrypaw will have to find out herself...

Or

Warriors set in an apocalyptic wasteland.

Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

“It was chaos.”

“Fire rained from the sky, metal birds screeched in the air, twoleg kits screaming in the streets.”

“Suffocating air killed plants, twoleg’s, and cats. The chaos was too much, too powerful. Then StarClan descended upon the land, a blinding light, more blinding than the sun and hotter than any burningleaf day;”

“And it was over. Silence everywhere.”

“Wow!” Bravekit, Berrykit and Willowkit gasped in unison, the story was unlike anything they heard before.

“Eventually, StarClan reached out to some of the many survivors of what was known as the rapture, and those groups formed our clans, AcidClan, AshClan, GatherClan, and FlightClan” Minnowpad said finishing the story.

“Is it true?” Berrykit asked, she was so enthusiastic about the story she didn’t notice that her tail was getting squished by Bravekit.

Her mother Tansyheart scoffed.

“The only part that’s true is the part where StarClan reached out to cats to make our clans here.” She remarked, before continuing with, “Even if the rapture part was true, there is no way StarClan would want anyone near the spot where it happened, they always seemed too mysterious and secretive."

Bravekit and Willowkit’s ears drooped a bit, and they silently went over to their mother, Berrykit however stayed.

Minnowpad leaned herself down to Berrykit. “Listen to me Berrykit. Every story holds some truth to it.”

Berrykit nodded before looking confused.

“But how will I know what stories are truly real?” She whispered. “That’s a question only the stars can answer for you” Minnowpad whispered back.
