Jason and Roy dated for a time, but they quickly figured out that it was better to just be friends.
Since then, they stayed close no matter what, and that was how Roy had stolen his car.
Percy was living with Jason full-time now. He had brought the small amount of things he had, and no longer drove around; he stayed with Jason.
With Percy’s permission, Jason had invited Roy over for dinner, and it would be the three of them.
Even though Jason and Roy stopped dating, Jason still loved and cared for Roy.
Roy was like his brother; Roy was his best friend. He thought he loved Roy like a partner, and Roy thought the same thing about Jason.
Roy loved Jason, but not in the way of a relationship. They were friends, they were brothers, not lovers.
Roy, Percy and Jason were all talking and laughing in the apartment. There was care for people all over the room, but loving someone like a partner was only between Percy and Jason.
