Summary
After the all-out war with Shigaraki, the world is in ruins. However, with the united help of both heroes and civilians, Hero Society has managed to recover most of the damage.
The young fledglings of class 1-A have now ascended to class 2-A, with Aizawa continuing to be their homeroom teacher. Everything seems tedious and a bit "normal" for them, after they all fought in a war, but Nezu has found a way for them to be surprised, not that they think it was possible.
Yet, it is. With the transfer program to Yokohama - the isolated city that miraculously remained uninvolved in the war.
For Nezu has struck a deal, for class 2-A to go visit Tripartite Academy for the Gifted in exchange for something...
