Testing, testing, One, Two, Three... Is it working?

[JAKE MASON]
Well, you stopped the recording for a second by accident, I had to start it again. You can speak now.
[MALCOLM PACE]
Right, since it is working fine now— My name is Malcolm Pace, lead archivist for Delphi Records, taking over for Chiron. Last name unknown, after his recent disappearance from the company. Luckily enough, he has left the place clean and organized, which means it wasn’t tough to figure everything out.
The date to keep on track is January 10th, 2011.
I have heard about this place and how fascinating the stories in these tapes are, but the files on the computer have been lost, which means I’ll be recording each and every one in order– or well to Michael’s personal order, as he is the one in charge for things such as that. I don’t really get his point of view since he organizes it very differently. Some days it could be in alphabetical order, and the next it’s from “scariest to least scariest.”
I’ve visited here once with my sister, before her case, since our father was an author. He retired because of my sister’s disappearance. I still miss her to this day. The police had closed her case a long time ago.
Forgetting that– I should introduce my assistants, shouldn’t I?
[MICHAEL YEW]
Malcolm! We aren’t your assistants! We’re your best friends. We stated that so many times already.
[CONNOR STOLL]
Who is “we”?! You are the only one who stated that! I am perfectly innocent and don’t mind being called Malcolm’s assistant.
[MICHAEL YEW]
Because you are some gayass for him! That’s what! I will state it over and over until Malcolm does it correctly–
[JAKE MASON]
Quiet down you two! Let Malcolm finish his recording and then you can fight. This whole argument is being recorded so shut up.
[MALCOLM PACE]
Thank you Jake. Back to what I was saying– I have three best friends as to what Michael wants me to say. These three will help me around the office with various tasks that I can do alone, but since I love them so much– I allowed them to join me on this journey.
They’ll most likely be giving a proper introduction on later recordings and in some interviews. You’ll be hearing Connor the most out of the three, as that is his main task.
Other than that... That should be everything. We’ve got a lot of files to review and tons of technology to fix up.
This is gonna be quite an adventure.
