Summary
~ 5 Years after Vecna and the Upside Down were destroyed ~
Will and Mike are going to separate colleges in nearby towns after leaving Hawkins - Will is working part-time at a coffee shop near his campus and occasionally takes on art commissions for extra cash on the side, while Mike works part-time writing articles for his local newspaper while also working on his novel, 'Stranger Things in Hawkins.'
After not seeing each other for a year they started planning to visit each other, then Will's roommate moved out and Mike's landlord wanted to raise the rent at the next lease renewal, so they planned for Mike to move in with Will instead.
