   Summary

   At the Golden Globe Awards on January eleventh, Connor and Hudson arrive dressed to impress, but the Los Angeles heat quickly takes its toll on Hudson—made worse by a few too many glasses of champagne. When Connor loses sight of him in the crowded room, he finds Hudson barely conscious and cornered by two men who refuse to take responsibility for his condition. Fueled by fear and anger, Connor steps in, gets security involved, and brings Hudson back to their hotel room. As Connor tries to cool him down and make sure he’s safe, the night shifts from public chaos to a private moment charged with exhaustion, vulnerability, and unresolved tension between them.
