    Fulgrim convinces Perturabo to turn his peanus into a weanus, for the tactical advantage of not having a mega dong obstructing him in battle. Perturabo can’t quite remember why he agreed to this, and is abruptly made aware of the extra organs he was gifted with during the procedure. Fabius Bile is too far for him to personally throttle over the way his body cramps and sheds its cells on a monthly basis. His condition is too embarrassing to bring to his own apothecaries. So, he goes to the only other person who likely knows just what was done to him. Ferrus Manus, Fulgrim’s bestie.
