   Summary

   Robert Baratheon dies in the Battle of the Trident, but takes Rhaegar Targaryen down with him. Ned Stark is proclaimed King by his bannermen, much to his displeasure. He must find a way to unite his kingdom before the kingdom eats him whole. The story eventually revolves around how a threat left untouched becomes the potential end of Westeros.
