Chapter Text

The presidents perfectly orchestrated poker face cracked at the confession, her eyes widening a fraction before she adjusted her posture, leaning back in her chair as she rolled her shoulders. Her head tilting slightly as she narrowed her eyes towards Ririka.

“I’m sorry! I thought I would win!” The older twins panicked voice cuts through the robotic speaker of her mask, her hands slapping in front of her in a pray for forgiveness for doing something so reckless.

“No.” Kirari exhales, her sister instantly opposing her decision.

“We can’t just say no, it’s already done! It was either Sayaka or you!” Ririka pulls her mask off the second the twin parts her lips for a reply, instantly denying whatever self sacrifice she would attempt.

Kirari finds her face dropping into the cradle of her palm, her day already off to a terrible start.

Sayaka didn’t take the news any better after Ririka put the custom made tag around her neck, the characters reading ‘friend of Yumeko Jabami’.

Her hands gripping the frame of the council room with her life as the Vice President struggled to lead her out of the room.

Rirka was out of breath by the time she made it to the gaggle of Mary’s  confidants, the secretary in her arms struggling less then before.

Her weight deposited into one of the cafeteria chairs, the group eyes her with surprise. Yumeko on the other hand is already jumping over the table to pull the classmate into a hug against her will.

“Wow, Vice President you really did it! Today is going to be so much fun now! Come on Igarashi-San, I know the perfect gambling den to us to start at!” Yumeko tightly grabbed Sayaka’s sleeve only for the other girl to snatch her arm in protest.

“Excuse you, but I don’t gamble and just because I’ve been pawned off as a debt doesn’t mean I’m obligated to oblige to your demands.” The violet girl sat back down, her arms crossed confidently before the older Momobami corrected her.

“Actually Kirari gave me a signed note about what isn’t allowed during-“

The paper is snatched out of her hands faster by Mary before Sayaka can reach her.

The blonde reads over the page, her eyes rolling as she tosses it back to Ririka with disinterest.

“Ew, gross, no one is doing that.”

The vice president hands the note to Sayaka, before defending her sisters request, “she’s protective.”

“Well, since the president didn’t say no to gambling let’s go Igarashi-San.” Once again the addictive girl reached for her, pulling her along with less difficulty then before. The group of friends right behind them as Ryota’s worries were brushed off by Itsuki about Yumeko getting ahead of herself for a gamble, insisting he’s just worried about losing his place today as Yumekos gambling partner.

“Oh I just don’t know what to pick! Igarashi-San, what would you choose?” Yumekos smile beamed in Sayaka’s direction, it took everything in the secretary to not snap at her given her already pointed glare.

Her silence earns her the Vice Presidents elbow to her arm, with an annoyed sigh she response,

“Let’s do-“

“YUMEKO!”

The violet girl is cut off by the sudden appearance of the beatification committee rep.

Midari has her arms wide, a crazed grin across her face after sighting the other girl, she approached in a rush.

The Jabami was faster, instantly shooting a death glare at the other girl before hiding behind Sayaka the way she would to her other friends.

Midari freezes at the sight of the secretary, her eyes noticing the tag around her neck before peaking again.

“Holy Shit! You’re a regular Bami clan whisperer, huh? You know as fellow council friends you should come to my den-“

Sayaka interrupts her monologue, her steps already beginning as Yumeko uncomfortably clings to her desperately.

“The last thing I want is to go downstairs to your club, Ikishima-San. And I wouldn’t go as far as to label you my friend, per say.”

Midari grins, her hand clenching her shirt, “You’re as Cold as ice, four eyes.”

Sayaka ignores whatever else Midari says as they round the corner, her brow twitching as Yumeko had yet to release her tight hold against her arm.

“Dice Poker.” The secretary states. Yumeko excitedly pulls her in another direction for the prefect gambling den, the rest of the group shouting at her to slow down.
