“So, Ruby, what’s the plan here?” Trick mumbled in a low tone of voice, to try and keep this between them.
Ruby's dark eyes shifted between Trick and Pickles as she answered, “I got no fucking clue, man. All I know is that we have to get her back somehow. Which is near impossible.”
Trick nodded, “yeah, I mean, even if Terry comes to his senses and wants her back at the restaurant, I doubt Nicole would take the offer.”
“But, she has to,” Pickles mumbled beside Ruby. “She’s our Nicole. She’s part of the family.”
“We know that, but she doesn’t,” Ruby told him. “Trick’s right, convincing Nicole to come back to Bistro Huddy is gonna be the most difficult part of this operation. She’s been through a lot of shit in the past and I know that the one thing that really gets to her, is when people she trusts turn their backs on her.”
