Chapter Text
Rules were already established when Yaoyorozu placed the television in the floor of the empty room on the Girl’s dorm. The room was mostly empty beside the group of people there, the TV and a few snacks. She still remembers that it came when a debate between Uraraka, Bakugou and Todoroki over who should ask Izuku out almost broke out a fight between the three. As soon as rules were decided by Jirou and Yaoyorozu, people sign in for the big competition.
Kirishima, Tokoyami, Iida and Tsuyu joined the three original competitors. Hagakure offered herself and poor defenseless Ojiro to comment in the competition.
“Why the fuck are we doing this again?” Bakugou growled. “I just want to ask stupid Deku on a fucking date!”
“It’s a case of giving everyone equal opportunity!” Jirou proclaimed proudly. “If everybody just killed each other while trying to tackle Midoriya in the ground with his ass up, it would be a disaster, so, we’re giving each one of you a clean opportunity to hit on your crush and get him on a date.”
“And why are you two the game masters here?” Todoroki asked, quietly.
“Well, someone has to rule over the stupid things you would do.” She continued. “And, while everybody was trying to badly hit on Midoriya, we started dating and still are the only ones in an actual relationship!” She pointed towards her slightly blushing girlfriend. “The judges have to be impartial, and we are in a very happy, very committed and very lesbian relationship with no interest in Midoriya or his romantic life.”
They all shut up after that. Yaoyorozu turned on the TV, showing the images captured by a hidden camera pointing towards the couch where Midoriya was happily humming songs and writing on his notebook. She raised herself and looked to the group gathering there and took a deep breathe.
“Ok, so, as my girlfriend said, this game has rules, they will be followed until the end!” She said in her leader voice, but also clearly blushing when said girlfriend. “One, only one competitor can go downstairs at a time, the others have to stay here and watch. Two, no interruptions are allowed, the other competitors cannot call Midoriya to get him out of there or anything of the sort, that being said, nobody can be held responsive if an outside interruption strikes. Three, there can be more than one winner, your challenge is go downstairs, talk to Midoriya, hit on him and invite him on a date, if he takes it a friendly get-together, it does not counts. Four, the order will be decided by me. Five, more rules and competitors can be added at any time. Is everyone clear?”
Grumbles of agreement were thrown around the room, while Yaoyorozu sat back in the floor in front of the television. “Now, Iida, you can go first, good luck.”
The boy looked at the door with fiery determination, ready to dash out the door to tha call of teenage love and hormone-driven passion.
