I have often said that the Young Wizards series is one of the few true read-alikes to Wrinkle and the other Kairos books, and this fic takes that to the logical conclusion: Nita finds herself in New England, seeks out a local Advisory wizard for help, and guess what, it’s Meg! Obviously. Conversation reframes the Kairos books as Ordeals and it honestly makes so much sense.
