Chapter Text
"Ai’Arthit, if you like him, why don't you just ask him out?"
Johan asks as he looks at his pitiful nong of his who has his face on the table. "Grow some balls, Thit," he sighs and slightly kicks the younger’s shin making the younger yelp in pain.
"Ao! What's that for?" Arthit growls at him and earned a 'shush' from the other customers. "Sorry, sorry," he wai in apology to them and glares at the older who is laughing his ass off. "Seriously, Thit! Just ask him out if he does reject you just find another one," Johan suggests after he was done laughing at Arthit while shrugs his shoulders along.
"Easy for you to say," Arthit pouts and Johan raise his left brow. "I can't just say 'Hey, I like you so, wanna go on a date?', he will freak out for God's sake!" he groans and whines even more. Johan sighs for the ninth time and crosses his arms together.
"Arthit is right Johan, they hated that way,"
Both of them turn their faces to the source of the voice who belongs to Johan’s cousin, Armin Thiwanon.
"How do you know they hated that way, Min?" Johan asks and sips on his bubble tea that Armin served for him for the third time today. Armin raise his left brow and chuckles. "Ai’Jo, don't you remember how Thada ask me out?"
Johan purses his lips, nodding as he remembered how cheesy his cousin's boyfriend was when the boyfriend proposed to his cousin. "Oh yeah, it's like how Arthit said earlier,"
"Exactly," Armin smiles and settles himself beside Arthit who has his face back on the table. "But in the end, you accepted his cheesiness, Min," Johan says and Arthit lift his head since it caught his attention. "Did you really like him back?" Arthit asks and Armin smiles at him. "Yes, I did but it took me three months to realize that I like that cheesy troll," Armin giggles at his words and Arthit’s lips formed an 'O' and he sighs again.
"Three months for Thada but how many months for me?" Arthit groans again and slump his head on the table making his forehead hits the table accidentally. "Fuck that hurts." he mumbles between the table making Johan and Armin shook their heads.
"Ai’Arthit, for the love of my babies at my lovely apartment will you stop whining and get your ass in there right now?" Johan huffs in annoyance, looking at Arthit up and down then to the flower shop where they are currently standing in front of the huge window covered with all kind of flowers.
"Tender Love Florist Shop?" Johan mumbles to himself and squeaks when Arthit grabs him by his wrist, hiding themselves behind a beverage machine. He tries to peek over Arthit’s shoulder but failed when Arthit’s broad shoulders hide his sight. He sighs, leaning against the wall with his wrist still in Arthit’s hold and his ears perked up when he heard a soft tender voice behind the beverage machine.
"See you around, P’Ing!" The boy’s voice could be heard crystal clear and Johan wonders what does he looks like. He glances at Arthit’s side profile, chuckling under his breath as he sees how red the younger is currently blushing.
"Ai’Arthit, now it’s time—"
"No! I'm not ready!" Johan accidentally slaps his palm to Johan’s mouth to make him shut up. He looks at his nong with wide eyes and surprised. "Hmm! Thit! Ai’Sat!" Johan calls Arthit behind the younger’s palm and hits the younger’s shoulder with his free hand.
Arthit turns around and lets out an awkward laugh as he sees how pissed Johan is and let go of the older. "Sorry, about that,"
"Sorry my ass! Just go already, Jesus!" Johan says angrily, wiping off the invisible germs on his mouth.
"But, I'm not—"
"GO!"
They finally step inside the shop with all of Johan’s strength by pushing his nong’s buff body until he has to sit on a stool near the counter, breathing heavily as he glares at the nervous best friend of his.
"Say it quick. I'm tired as fuck," Johan says, laying his head on the counter. He looks around the shop and there was no sign of the boy they were looking for. After looking around the shop, Johan glances at Arthit who happens to practice his words with his imaginary friend. He shakes his head, smirking as he spots a bell on the counter and taps on it earning a squeak of surprise from his nong.
"Ai’Jo! You scared me!" Arthit rubs his chest and glares at the older. Johan just sighs. "My bad,"
They wait for a while with Johan’s three more taps on the bell until the person they were looking for came out from the door that was attached from the shop's wall.
"Oh, I'm so sorry, I was at the back, do you need anything, sirs?" says the boy, looking at the two gentlemen with his huge doe eyes. Johan, who is still sitting on the stool kicks Arthit’s ass enough to make Arthit snaps back to reality because Johan sees how the younger is staring at the boy with his wide eyes and mouth gap enough to make an insect fly to inside his mouth.
"Fuc—I mean that hurts, Jo!" Arthit growls at him and rubs his sore ass, his ears perked up when he heard a soft giggle. "It's not my fault that you're drooling over someone," Johan sticks out his tongue to him and Arthit glares at him more. Johan then turns his head towards the boy and he frowns when he sees how familiar the boy’s eyes are.
"I-I'm sorry about my friend but um,"
"My name is North, North Hatsanat," North smiles with his heart-shaped lips making Johan blinks his eyes.
"That's a lovely name! I'm Arthit Anupart, you can call me Arthit or P’Arthit which you prefer the most," Arthit lets out a nervous laugh and rubs the back of his neck. "So, do you—"
"North? Is it really you, North?"
Arthit and North tear their gaze towards each other and face Johan who is looking at North, eyes full of confusion. North blinks his doe eyes, nodding in confirmation. "Yes, Khun. Do I know you?" North asks politely and Johan bites his bottom lips. "Don't you remember me? It's me, P’Johan, Johan Ratchata," Johan says, voice wavering as he stands up from the stool. He stands in front of North who is standing behind the counter, looking small and confused. Arthit on the other hand, can't help but to frown, raising his eye brows since he too is confused with Johan’s sudden change.
"I’m sorry. Maybe you're mistaken me with another person."
North says with the same heart-shaped smile that Johan had missed the most after years they had been torn apart.
