No, Mike thinks his ability to be shocked is probably zero at this point given the state of his world. But he’s definitely confused. The boy above him looks on in horror and disbelief. Although the face is certifiably, completely Mike’s face, the expressions and eyes are easily identifiable to Mike as belonging to Will Byers.
