Summary
dupont welcomes five transfers from england for the year, arriving after the winter holidays. one of them is felix fathom, adrien's incredibly famous cousin. the first transfer, however, arrives early to the interest of marinette and lila - for lila, it's because she goes to school with a rich, powerful teenager, and marinette likes that she isn't easily fooled. marinette thinks that life may be looking up for her - but is this girl really want she seems? and how far will lila go to use the new girl to get power from felix for her own gain?
at the same time, felix fathom and adrien agreste are both experiencing vivid dreams and other strange, threatening symptoms that are starting to overwhelm them. when searching for an answer, they uncover the truth of their birth - and exactly why playing with fate and magic is a bad decision. the thing is, they don't know what to do, don't know if it's fixable, and have bigger problems that are quicker to suffocate them.
