   “Yes. He did not provide many details, but he appears to be using this strain of shimmer to engineer some sort of lupine creature with astounding abilities. Apparently the creature is driven to near madness by the smell and taste of blood.”
   Jayce swallows down the saliva that keeps flooding his mouth. “Huh.”
