Summary
Suguru smiles at him, rising to his feet. He helps Satoru—who’s still bare from the waist down—on his feet, holding his hand as they walk to the edge of the clearing, perched upon a hill overlooking the city. The crisp winds don’t bother him as Suguru stands behind him, holding his midsection tight, just like he used to when they were still in school. He puts his head on his shoulder, swaying them from side to side.
“You see that little area down there.” He’s pointing somewhere far off, somewhere that Satoru would probably be able to see if he were sober, but he just nods anyway, too scared too fuck this up. “Good, good. I need you to destroy it for me.”
Satoru makes a choice after seeing Suguru on his birthday after a decade.
