   "Kaminari felt numb. He should feel excited after all it was a big deal, but it didn’t feel right. He was getting adopted but it wasn’t like the other adoption he’d seen. This wasn’t a young excited couple ready for the challenge of kids, but an old couple who seemed… nostalgic for the past. This couple didn’t seem to want him, and he could only feel a wave dread wash over him as the car pulled away from his home. He didn’t want to leave. This wasn’t right."
