Summary
Boomer had always had an escape route for difficult nights: putting on his headphones and pretending the chaos around him didn’t exist. But when a fight between Brick and Butch spirals out of control, he realizes he needs something more than just music to run away. Wandering alone through the city, he ends up crossing paths with someone who doesn’t give him the option to escape.
