Summary
Deep in the Romanian mountains Charlie Weasley and Harry Potter work side by side at one of the most heavily warded dragon keeps in the world. Their task? Simple in theory, however impossible in practice.
They are to protect five newly hatch dragon younglings born into an ancient matriarch whose bloodline predates recorded magic.
When Hermione Granger is called in to assist, her knowledge and calm presence quickly becomes invaluable. Not just to the work and the dragons, but to the keep itself. Dragon's respond to her. The wards strengthen under her magic and Charlie notices.
Days pass and danger around the younglings grow as poachers, rival flights and forces that would kill for a dragon youngling.
