Summary
When Alana and Margot killed Mason, they kept the estate. They made it their own, cleaned it, reorganized it, anything that could erase that disgusting man from the home, they did it. Margot was happy he was gone, happy that she was free of the man who abused her for all those years. She still struggled with memories. Flashbacks. Alana told her it was normal, told her it was her mind processing her trauma now that she was safe. She hated it. Hated that she couldn't have intimacy with her girlfriend, hated that she couldn't bear her own child. She hated that the sound of pigs made her drop to her knees. She hated the way the farm made her nauseous. She hated that, no matter how hard she washed her skin, she couldn't rid herself of the hands of the man who abused her for so many years.
