"My way of healing is unorthodox," Douma starts, "others will shun you for it, hunt you for it, your life will never be the same as it once was, and neither will Genya's."
The cold is slowly sobering Sanemi up, chilling the heat that's bubbled inside of him and made his mind a glazed haze. He hangs off every word of Douma, spoken calmly with a rich voice. Yet, his mind cannot recall what kind of healing the man spoke of.
"It comes with a heavy cost, too."
"I have money." And if he didn't have it all, Sanemi would make it work. With his hands or body or blood.
Douma waves those thoughts away with laughter. "That's not what I am speaking about, what I'm talking about, is…" he shifts on his heel, making a perfect circle in the snow. Rainbow eyes lift to look at Sanemi — beautiful, cold. He is open and welcoming and Sanemi briefly wonders if he's stumbled upon a God. "Your life."
