    Summary

Stephanie Lauter, reluctant Victor of the 71st Hunger Games, and the shiniest new toy on the market (at least, until the 72nd wraps up, and the Capitol's got a new traumatized kid to latch onto) isn't having a good time at her first Games as a mentor.
    Obviously.
But it's fine. She's fine. Everything is too loud, and candy coated, and bloody, and so fucking fine.

Peter Spankoffski, walking statistical improbability, astoundingly controversial talking point, and Victor of the 68th Games, isn't having a good time either.
    Obviously.
The only real difference between the two of them is he's just grown out of pretending anything about this whole nightmare is even remotely in the realm of 'fine' anymore. Because it's not and he's not.

But, hey, that's just the nature of the Games, though. Isn't it?
