Lookism x Five Night's At Freddy's

Notes:

I wanted to write something different, and it was interesting to write this to say the least.

Not everything in here is Canon, this all mostly my own lore, so please don't take anything to heart.

Enjoy, lookism and FNaF fans out there! ✌️

Work Text:

The doors of Freddy Fazbear’s Family Diner never slammed shut at closing time. They closed softly, with a tired chime and the gentle click of locks sliding into place, as if the building itself didn’t want to wake whatever lingered inside after dark.

The lights stayed on.

They always did.

Daniel noticed it first.

He stood near the prize counter, fingers curled loosely around a plastic Freddy figurine he’d won earlier that day. Its paint was chipped, its smile a little crooked, but he liked it anyway. The overhead lights hummed faintly, casting long shadows that stretched across the checkered floor. Shadows that felt longer than they should’ve been.

“Did they forget to turn something off?” Daniel asked, glancing toward the stage.

The animatronics stood frozen in their usual positions, Freddy at the center, Bonnie slouched to the left, Chica tilted slightly as if mid-thought, Foxy hidden behind his curtain. Their painted eyes reflected the light without blinking.

Zack snorted, leaning against one of the tables. “Nah. This place is cheap. They probably leave them on so no one steals stuff.”

“Who’d steal this?” Vasco asked, lifting a party hat and plopping it onto his own head. He grinned, wide and fearless, the way he always did.

“Besides, it’s kinda cool. Like we got the whole place to ourselves.”

Mira didn’t laugh.

She sat on one of the stools near the counter, feet swinging slowly above the ground. Her hands were folded in her lap, fingers twisting together.

“My mom said we were supposed to leave together,” she murmured. “She said not to stay after closing.”

Eli stood a little apart from the others.

He hadn’t touched the games. Hadn’t eaten much cake. His eyes kept drifting not to the doors, not to the exit signs but to the hallways behind the stage. The parts customers weren’t meant to see.

Something felt wrong.

Not loud wrong.

Not obviously wrong.

Quite wrong.

Like the air before a storm.

“I’ll go check for an employee,” Daniel said finally, trying to sound confident. “Maybe they’re still here.”

“I’ll come with you,” Zack said immediately, pushing himself upright.

Vasco bounced on his heels. “Race you.”

“Don’t run,” Mira said quickly, standing up. “Please.” They didn’t hear her.

They were already moving, sneakers squeaking against the tile as they headed toward the side hallway, the one marked STAFF ONLY in faded red letters.

Eli hesitated.

The animatronics’ shadows stretched further as they passed, sliding along the walls like they were reaching. Eli swallowed and followed. The hallway was narrower than the main dining area, the lights dimmer, buzzing louder. The cheerful music from earlier had stopped. No laughter. No clinking plates. Just the low hum of electricity and the sound of their own breathing.

Vasco pushed open the first door. “Hello? Anyone here?” No answer.

The second door creaked when Zack tried it. Storage. Empty.

Then came footsteps.

Slow. Unhurried. Measured.

They echoed from behind them.

Daniel turned first.

A man stood at the end of the hallway, half-lit by the overhead bulbs. He wore a white uniform, neat and spotless, like he’d stepped straight out of the building itself. His posture was relaxed. Hands clasped behind his back. His expression, pleasant.

Too pleasant.

“Looks like you kids got separated from your parents,” the man said calmly.

His voice was smooth. Warm. Practiced.

“Oh, ..sorry,” Daniel said quickly. “We thought someone was still here.”

“That would be me,” the man replied. He smiled. It didn’t reach his eyes. “I handle.. special situations.”

Mira edged closer to Daniel. “We were just leaving.”

“Of course,” the man said. “But before that, one of you dropped something.” He tilted his head toward a door farther down the hall.

“A party room,” he continued. “Your friend ran in there. The loud one.”

Vasco.

Zack stiffened. “He didn’t-..”

“I saw him,” the man interrupted gently. “Wouldn’t want him getting hurt back there.”

Daniel didn’t know why his stomach twisted.

Didn’t know why Eli’s hand suddenly gripped his sleeve.

Eli shook his head, ..small. Urgent.

Don’t go.

But Daniel stepped forward anyway. “We’ll just
grab him.”

The man opened the door.

Darkness waited inside, thick and heavy, swallowing the light from the hallway. Somewhere deep within, something metal shifted. The door shut behind them with a soft, final click.
Down the hallway, the animatronics’ eyes flickered.

And far above the diner floor, hidden behind painted smiles and steel ribs, something old began to wake up.

______________________________

Everything happened so fast, it was unbelievable. You can hear Mira, screaming her lungs out like they were gonna burst, she's the first one to go down between them five.

Stab. Stab. Stab.

Blood spurting everywhere, Mira screams were drained into the void of no more. She was gone, she couldn't defend herself, no one could.

Next it was Daniel.

Daniel was breathing heavily, scared shitless, he was a coward he thought. He was hiding behind some shelves or racks, whatever it was, but it didn't help in the slightest. That white guy got to him.

Then and there, he got Daniel.

Zack was next on the list, but this one was interesting to the man. Zack didn't hold back, he was throwing punches as if they would do anything, but he completely forgot that he was a kid, who's punches are just soft smacks to the white guy's legs.

The white guy gets hold of Zack's throat and immediately slams him to the ground, holding nothing back, stabbing repeatedly.

Now gone with the others.

Now, Vasco is running, as if there is any place to even get to, being stuck in a storage room.

It was nowhere to run, Vasco was in a corner, the last thing Vasco sees is, black eyes with white irises, glowing in the dark. A huge scar in between his eyes, hair slicked back. The white guy looks like he was only in his 20s, ruining his life for killing some poor, innocent kids.

“You know, you could have helped.” The white man said, standing in between piles of corpses, blood in his white suit.

The guy in the dark corner pops out.

“I like the thrill of you killing Gun, but eh.. I don't like to get my hands dirty on the killing, but cleaning is fine for me” The guy with blonde hair responded, admiring the work being done.

“Well then, clean the mess for me, I'll stuff their bodies in the suits.” Gun said, now grabbing Vasco, and putting into the Foxy animatronic suit.

“Yes, yes, let's hurry it up first” Goo replied, now cleaning the blood stains all over the floor, some staining in the walls.

Gun stuffs Zack into the Bonnie suit.

Mira being in the Chica suit.

And Daniel being in Freddy's.

It was all easy to do, now everything was clean until an interesting surprise.

“Gun, look who we got here” Goo said, holding Eli by his neck, hand tightening around it so Eli can't do anything.

“Oh, I guess I missed one, the most important one of them all?” Gun said, grinning, but not reaching his eyes.

“N-no! Please!” Eli pleaded, begging.

Gun doesn't say anything, he just stares into the kid's eyes.

“You know what to do, don't like blood on you? Kill without the blood splattering, Goo.” Gun said, now cleaning his clothes off so they can leave soon.

“Sorry kid, boss orders.” Goo doesn't smile, no grin or smirk, but his eyes say it all, no mercy.

Eli knew it was over, it was way past over for him. He closed his eyes, hoping there will be a revenge for them two, hoping they can get them back, like how they hurt him and his four other friends.

He wished-

Crack.

Neck snapped in an instant.

“So you took my words seriously.” Gun said, happy eyes staring into Goo's dark ones.

“Of course” Goo sighs, putting the kid's body into what seems to be a golden bear.

“Ready to head out? I will be back here in a few days or weeks, by the way, so have your schedule free, when I call.” Gun said, opening the door for Goo to head outside.

Goo nods.

They both are inside a car. Gun starting the engine to now driving out the parking lot. Once they made it to their first red light, Gun looks over at Goo, noticing he is looking out the window, but looks lower at his thigh, his whole leg is shaking as if he is paranoid, of something. Gun places his hand on Goo's thigh.

“Something wrong?” Gun said, one hand on the steering wheel, the other on Goo's thigh rubbing at it to make it less worrying, and staring in front of him.

“Just.. Just what if we're caught, mostly you?” Goo said, lips trembling a bit.

Gun sighs.

“That's not the real reason. We fought and I have killed before, and you never worry about that.” Gun replied.

“It's the kid, isn't it? Your first kill, you're first victim.” Gun said, tone undefined.

Gun sighs once more. “I'm sorry for letting you do a task, I knew from the start you were uncomfortable with.” Gun's tone apologetic, rubbing at Goo's thigh more.

Goo will always accept Gun. Always mine and always his, but Gun had a project. He wanted kids to possess some animatronic suits, which Goo didn't really believe, he thought it was an excuse for Gun to go back to killing, surprised he wanted to target kids and not adults. Something different from Gun.

“It's pretty late, so once we go home, let's take a nice warm shower together, and head to bed, how does that sound?” Gun said, slightly grinning now, a genuine smile.

“That would be nice,” Goo said, placing his hand on top of Gun's hand, feeling the warmth from his hand, not being paranoid anymore, feeling better because of Gun, his husband.

It was quiet, warmth being shared, being cuddled.

“Goodnight Gun” Goo said, yawning, closing his eyes.

“Goodnight Goo..” Gun replied, staring at the ceiling, his thoughts being overrun by what happened today, thinking what tomorrow would be like. Not long after, Gun fell asleep.

“Come eat, we need to have our stomachs filled today, we have a lot to do today.” Gun said, munching on his toasted bread.

“Yes, yes” Goo replied, sitting in front of Gun, eating his breakfast.

Gun and Goo are back at the pizzeria. The pizzeria doesn't open until a few more hours, so they had all the time before anyone could notice anything.

Gun unlocks the entrance door, walking back to the storage room, while Goo closes the entrance door behind them, now following behind Gun.

“The smell is really affecting here,” Goo said, slightly grossed out.

Gun nods. “It's okay, just look around and see if anything is off and report back to me.”

“Okay, boss..” Goo sighs.

After what seems to be 30 minutes, Gun found a springboks suit, which is very unusual to the others. This is a Oni animatronic, it's white with some black, a black bow, 2 long horns sticking out of the mouth and four horns sticking out of the head. For some reason it reminded Gun of himself, so he did something slightly stupid, by kinda damaging it between the eyes so it can really represent Gun, and which it did, it looked like him, how his face looked, and Gun was content with it. Gun was interested in it, by a whole lot, so he put the springlock Oni on.

Gun called out for Goo, which he came running and saw Gun in the suit. Gun was laughing, showing it off for him to see. His laughter meant it was all under control. Goo looked into Gun's eyes, wondering what he was looking at, so once Goo turned around slightly, that's when it all happened.

The springlocks activated.

Goo's smile shattered.

Metal snapped inwards like jaws.

Gun’s breath punched out of him in a broken, choking sound as steel impaled muscle, ribs, throat. Blood sprayed the inside of the suit, soaking the white and black fabric, pooling at his feet.

“Gun-..” Goo tried saying.

Immediately Goo rushed over, being way too late for comfort, something he couldn't control.

Gun’s hands twitched. His body convulsed as the suit locked him into place, pinning him upright like a grotesque display.

Their eyes met through the mask.

Gun smiled.

Not cruel, not proud, but for once, his smile looked tired.

“I'm sorry.. for d-dragging you into this..” Gun spoke before he fully went away.

Then the suit went still.

Goo screamed. Terrier has struck beyond him.

A strangled sound that tore itself out of his chest as he fell to his knees, hands shaking as they clawed at the metal, at the seams, at anything.

Nothing gave away.

Blood soaked through his palms.

Gun Park was and is dead.

By the end of it all, Goo ran far, he had the car keys and he drove so far, it hurt him so bad, it was unbearable.

He truly doesn't understand anything, he doesn't know what Gun saw before he passed. Goo didn't report anything, it was all just gonna be in the news. But he knows for sure..

Gun's ‘project’ worked.

There were giggles, little kid giggles.

“Got that bastard for good,” Zack said, grinning.

They all five were what seems to be souls, pure white with black streaks of tears coming down.

“uhm.. What about the o-other?” Mira questioned, still feeling a bit scared.

“Let him be, I feel bad for him, but sooner or later he will probably come back.” Daniel replied, trying to appear more leader-like, more mature.

“The other is mine.” Eli said, in pure hatred.

“Guys, we should head back into the suits.. the doors are gonna open soon” Vasco said, fidgeting with his fingers.

Everyone nods at Vasco, agreeing. Everyone floats away, heading back to their animatronics, but Eli stays behind for a second, admiring the work they did, having their child killer, dead in a suit. They are the ones that activated the springlocks.

“Be trapped in hell, bastard..” Eli said, grinning ear to ear, sinisterly.

Eli floats away, but before he truly doesn't, he locks the door to Gun, making sure no one can come in or out, keeping him trapped there for many years to come, having his body decay to be one with the suit, to see it rot in hell.

Eli is now back in his golden Freddy suit, in a sitting position, mouth smiling, being content, knowing they got their revenge on their killer.

The day was normal, kids having birthday parties, adults being with their kids, or not paying attention at all. The main 3 on the stage, Foxy (vasco) being on display by a single small stage, having the time of his life.

Finally, something happened.

The news reporter, everyone now leaving.

Talking about the five missing children. Not a parent of theirs in sight, that's how it all happened. No one watched them carefully, being too distracted to even care, except one, which seems to be Daniel's mom, crying, banging on the window to be let in, to search the whole pizzeria, head to toe, until she can find her little boy, or at least his decaying corpse.

Goo fled the building like it was on fire, lungs burning, vision blurred with tears he refused to wipe away.

He left Gun there.

Alone.

That guilt will never stop rotting.

30 damn years have passed. Gun has been trapped in the safe room for that long, his corpse completely rotten, smelling horrible, his suit, no longer white, but a nasty green color, holes appearing. So much has happened since him being trapped in the safe room, in the hell, Eli said.

Some years ago, there were night guards here and there, a lot of them either died or straight on quit, one minute after doing the job. But there was one night guard, that everyone liked, that they still treated him as the others 12am to 6am, and after, they would treat him like a normal human being. Chatting, laughing, getting to know each other and so on. The night guard even tried learning to fix the animatronics so their suits can be fully attached and not fall apart, like these suits were made in 1993, now being 2023.

“You know, we never got your name, night guard, we can't keep calling you that” Zack said.

Everyone was around the night guard, comfortable with being around the man. Knowing he means no harm, just doing his job.

“It's.. Johan. Johan Seong,” the brunet said, smiling a bit.

After the chattering, Johan received a phone call. Everyone stared at him, which he felt overwhelmed by all the stares, but he dismissed himself and went across the building to have a private conversation.

“Do you guys think something is wrong with him?” Vasco questioned, swinging his legs back and fourth, sitting on the table.

“Not sure, he looks nervous, but Vasco, you should really get off the table with your heavy metal self, we ain't kids no more.” Zack replied, arms crossed.

“Jace- wait how are you even getting all this information? They're gonna demolish this place after damn years? No.. they can't, you know they can't, the kids- the animatronics, this is their home” Johan sounding desperate trying to find plans to save them.

“Johan please.. they paid millions for this- I can't do nothing about it, and with this I can finally pay you for what you have made” Jace replied, tapping his pen against his lips.

“Fuck.. you know I won't give them up, so I'll find a way if I have too, and you will not stop me. When will this happen, the demolishing?” Johan said, tone sounding a bit harsh for liking.

“In 3 weeks, Johan, don't do something you will regret, please, I'm begging.” Jace said, pleading to whatever nonsense Johan has in his mind.

“. . .”

Johan said nothing, hanging up the call and sighing to himself, scrunching his eyebrows, looking over at the animatronics, that have been damaged, fully broken, like they haven't been cared for, and Johan feels bad for it all, they are kids in suits, if they have no where to be, how can they be living after it is demolished. Well technically, they ain't kids no more.

Mira is now 36.

Vasco is 37.

Daniel is 35.

Eli is 40.

Zack is 38.

Johan walks back up to them, rubbing the back of his neck.

“Everything alright, Johan?” Daniel said looking at how Johan is fidgeting, so he knows something is wrong.

Johan sighs, “just..” Johan said, now explaining everything he talked about from Jace (phone guy). It was hard to say it to them, but it would have been harder if Johan didn't tell the truth.

“What, what are we gonna do now?”

“Can we even keep living any longer?”

“We're doomed, we're gonna be scrapped!”

“. . .”

“No one is getting scrapped, I will make it work, I have a friend in mind that can help me, even if they demolish this building, I'll create a new one, for you guys, I'll create you guys new suits, so you guys can possess those ones, I hate it more than anything right now, but I will make it work, trust me.” Johan finally said, now putting his jacket on, grabbing his items and walking towards the entrance door.

Everyone waves at Johan, giving him a farewell, until next time, hoping whatever he plans to do, it saves them from this disaster. Johan stops and looks at them once more, smiling, genuinely smiling at the dead ‘children’, now walking out, closing the door behind.

“He's a nice guy.. I'm glad he told the truth..” Mira said, getting her soul out of the suit, now her soul looking like an adult, but all bloody and her eyes looking dead.

Everyone else doing the same thing, letting their suits recharge, all of their souls looking blood and dead eyes, the rest of them are taller than Mira (5’5), but also taller than Daniel by being 5'11, Zack being 6’1, Vasco being 6'0 and then Eli being the tallest 6’2.

“It's been a while since we left our suits, don't ya think?” Zack said, observing himself, they truly weren't kids no more, but full on grown adults.

Vasco nods.

“Yes it has been” Daniel replied, looking at everyone, smiling that even in death, they are still together.

“We should rela-”

Banging sounds from the safe room, banging so hard that the door gets busted through and falls on the ground.

No.

No.

No. No. No.

“It's fucking him.” Eli said, growling, the lights flickering.

Mira shivering, hiding behind Zack, Vasco seems to be ready to fight, Daniel seems to be just analyzing, seeing if it's truly him, their killer.

Loud stomps head out of the safe room..

There he is.

Standing, looking at all of us. The Oni walks up, leaving the shadows, limping slightly towards them. Mira shivers, not liking this at all.

Finally after what seemed to be hours, Gun was in front of them all.

He knelt.

Lowering his head to their levels, since he was still in his suit which was much taller than their actual heights.

“I know you are all scared” Gun said, voice soft “you should be.”

Daniel's lips trembled, “Why did you do it?”

Gun closed his eyes.

When he finally opened his eyes again, they were empty with pride.

“I don’t have an answer that would help you,” he said. “But I won’t lie to you.”

Gun tried reaching out, then he stopped himself from doing so.

“I can't undo it,” Gun whispered. “But I won't touch you again.”

Eli glared directly at Gun's suit eyes.

“You don't deserve forgiveness.”

Gun didn't respond, he just nodded.

“I know.”

He stood back up, and just vanished for the night at least.

The children were left in silence, more confused than afraid.

Johan knocked on the door.

Knocked.

Knocked.

And knocked once more, until finally, he opened the door.

“Oh, Johan it's been a while”

“Yes, it has been, I'm really glad you were able to help me, Mr. Kim” Johan said, voice soft, but feeling unwell.

“Yes, let's talk more inside, my husband is cooking dinner” Gapryoung replied, opening the door wider for Johan to head in.

Johan bowing, heading inside, taking his shoes off.

As Johan greets Mr. Kim's husband, Shingen, they both head to the kitchen table, speaking about the demolishing, the animatronics being scrapped, working as a night guard for that location for years on end, receiving millions as his pay check.

Shingen comes around, giving their plates, and sitting beside Gapryoung.

“So, what I can do is help with, giving you my property, the one I told you about that I didn't know what to have it built for, and it's a good opportunity to have a brand new pizzeria built..” Gapryoung suggested, munching on his food.

Johan's jaw drops, “wait what, you can't be serious, that's so generous of you Mr. Kim, I.. I can't thank you enough..” Johan said, hands trembling, barely gripping at the spoon.

“Kid, of course, You're young, and you're doing the right thing, those poor children, we can't undo what happened to them, but at least let them live on, to be in good hands, in your hands, Seong” Gapryoung said, smiling, his eyes looking so gentle.

Johan uses his right hand to cover his face from the two gentlemen, so they wouldn't see his ugly cries, is what he calls them. Johan is trembling, because Gapryoung helps him so much, more than his actual father.

Finally Shingen speaks.

“Son..” Shingen got up, knelt down on his knees in front of Johan, held his left hand, while Johan was using his right to rub his tears away.

“Look at me, Son. You do not cry for being kind-” Shingen was caught off guard by Johan's next words.

“What if I’m wrong? What if I make things worse?” Johan said, tears stopped rolling, but his eyes were swollen, puffy and red.

Shingen smiled faintly.

Johan breathes heavily, “they're already dead..”

“And still,” Shingen said softly, “they are listening to you, waiting for your comeback, waiting for you to save there home, make them a new one, start new”

“Gapryoung's property is quiet,” Shingen continued, returning to his meal as if this were the most natural thing in the world. “The land is old. It has held grief before and learned how to let it rest. If the children need somewhere to exist without being hunted by memory.. then they may stay.”

Shingen, now looking at Johan's gaze, speaking once more before fully being away to enjoy his meal.

“I did not adopt you to teach you how to look away,” he said. “I adopted you so you would know when to stand.”

Shingen paused for a second, thinking deeply, turning his gaze towards Gapryoung, to say the final words.

Gapryoung whispered, his words being heavily meaningful:

“You are doing the right thing, Johan. Even if no one thanks you. Even if the world pretends it never happened.”

Johan bowed his head, hands trembling slightly.

“Thank you,” he said.

Shingen’s voice softened. “Finish your dinner,” he said. “Tomorrow, we begin preparing.”

Outside, the night remained calm.

Three weeks remained before the building would fall.

But at the table, something steadier than walls had already been built.

It's the weekend, and Johan, Gapryoung and Shingen, don't play around, they are already working on the layout of the new pizzeria that will be built, talking about where should certain things be at, speaking over the blueprints, which one looks good, not too complicated, but for the kids to enjoy and finally be able to feel seen again by other children, from being abandoned for 30 years.

“Oh! Dads, I like this one here, it looks simple but yet, meaningful, they all have their own rooms dedicated to them” Johan said, proudly, genuinely smiling.

Shingen and Gapryoung look at each other in awe, hearing Johan call them dads after many years for the first time, making them think that they made the happiest choice.

“Oh! Also the party rooms here, bathrooms and..”

Johan is making the final touches, making it all complete so everyone can look it over. Once everyone looked it over, they were full of delight.

Shingen knew some people to help with the construction, no time to waste, they got to it, while Shingen helped with the construction with the boys, his buddies. Johan and Gapryoung were still at the working bench, now talking about the new suits to be built. It is Gapryoung's specialty to build the animatronics.

“Would you like them, how they were as originals? Or completely change the design?” Gapryoung questioned Johan, having his pencil ready for sketching.

Johan nods, he wanted his precious friends to be new and feel better about themselves and he did remember what animal they told him about, if they were to choose.

“Right yes, okay so, Daniel, he will have a deer suit, Zack will be a wolf, Eli said black panther and Vasco interestingly chose a bear and then Mira said a swan” Johan said, confidently, loving the choices.

Gapryoung nodded in content, now sketching everyone of the animatronic suits, from scratch to make sure that they looked perfect.

“New home, new looks” Gapryoung said, chuckling.

Shingen while helping, he always glances at his adopted son and his husband, loving his family, glad to be helping this huge project.

After some minutes, Gapryoung was able to sketch what they looked like and wrote their new names:

Edenhart the Stag (Daniel) :

Tall animatronic deer with smooth ivory-white plating and thin gold lines along his body. His antlers are perfectly shaped and softly glow blue. His face looks gentle and calm, with warm glowing eyes. He moves slowly and quietly, designed to feel safe and comforting.

Howlwire (Zack) :

Lean wolf animatronic made of dark brushed metal that looks like sleek fur. His cyan, like blue eyes glow steadily, sharp but controlled. His body is built for speed, with clean joints and a ready stance, like he’s always prepared to move.

Nocturne (Eli) :

Black panther animatronic with smooth matte-black plating that absorbs light. His Green apple eyes are narrow and focused. He moves almost silently, standing still like a shadow until he suddenly shifts.

Ursus (Vasco) :

Massive bear animatronic with thick steel plating and a strong, rounded build. His amber eyes glow warmly. Despite his size, his design feels protective and friendly, like a guard watching over the room.

Seraphina (Mira) :

Graceful swan animatronic with flawless white plating and soft silver details. Her long neck moves smoothly and elegantly. She looks calm, beautiful, and composed, designed to be soothing and mesmerizing.

“Wow, this is all beautifully written and designed Dad, I know for sure they will love it, thank you again” Johan said, giving Gapryoung a gentle embrace.

“It's no problem, son, it's for a good cause” Gapryoung leans into the warm embrace.

It's been 2 weeks since the construction has started to be built, slowly making progress, but it's turning out wonderfully, the suits as well, surprisedly, Daniel's deer suit has been completed, which meant Gapryoung has been working on it day and night, not getting any rest, and that means he's almost done with Zack's.

It was also the day, that Johan had to take his animatronic friends out of the building, which letting them know and they head back into their suits so Johan can put the suits in the U-haul so no one can see them and so he can take the suits into his Dad's house to stay until the pizzeria is done being built and especially there new and improved suits.

What Johan didn't know was, there was another animatronic in the pizzeria, which the guy told him his name was Gun. Gun didn't reveal who he was, didn't tell him how it all came to be, but Johan as the kind hearted kid, he took Gun with the rest.

Everyone was at the garage, it was big enough for them all to be there and the other side of the garage was a workshop, for Gapryoung to do all his building work, and so they all hanged out, the kids and Gun we’re still in there suits but we’re talking among each other so it doesn’t become awkward or silent. Since Johan was practicing to build like Gapryoung, so he took into his own hands to start observing Gun’s suit, seeing the damage but when Johan looked more closer, he gagged, dropping the blueprint in shock, making everyone look up at him.

“Gun.. there is a whole corpse in your suit” Johan said, stepping away, now understanding the rotten smell, thinking it was only the mold.

“Wait, as in Gun park? My bastard son? So this is where you have been” Shingen said, standing up from the chair, to walk over to Gun.

“Who would have known we would reunite like this, Shingen.” Gun replied, now grinning.

Everyone was stunned, not understanding a single thing, which they obviously do. Gun and Shingen are related, one’s dead, the other alive, a citizen, a child killer.

“Johan, don’t work on this one, he can stay as he is, and he can be scrapped.” Shingen said, the tone was so sinister.

Gun growls.

“Have you ever thought maybe it is your fault where I am today, a father you are” Gun said mockingly, but the way Gun said it, you can tell he was disappointed at his father.

“You!” Shingen yelled out, now getting right in front of Gun. His fists are clenched like he’s ready to take on Gun.

“Woah- woah!” Gapryoung came between them, hands on Shingen’s chest and on Gun’s chest plate.

“Both of you calm the hell down, we will not be fighting each other here. Shingen you know better to provoke yourself” Gapryoung said, sighing, now putting his hands down.

“Johan, you will work on Gun's suit, look it over. Shingen please, leave it all alone, 30 years has passed, no more needs to be done. And you, Gun.. whatever has happened to you, it better be not what I am thinking, with your damn corpse in that suit..” Gapryoung glared at Gun, now walking back to his work bench, now working on Vasco's new suit.

Everyone was tense, so many pieces connecting together. Shingen is back on the chair, sighing and groaning. All the kids, back to talking among themselves. Gun is just standing still, letting Johan do his thing, looking over the measurements. Johan is trying his best to ignore the corpse in Gun's suit, jotting down the measurements, the colors, and any new designs to add. Gapryoung is by now done with Daniel's, Zack's and Vasco's new animatronic suits. Once every single of their suits are done, Shingen, Gapryoung and Johan will destroy their old ones so immediately the kids and Gun can possess their new suits, because if they have nothing to possess, they can be gone forever.

3 months have passed, and the old pizzeria has been demolished since then, making it into buildings like what seems to be apartments. It was as if no one wanted any type of pizzeria around, but that all was gonna change. The five children, and Gun were all in there new suits, which meant that all of there old suits were scrapped, there was no saving them.

“Everyone is ready, for the grand opening?” Johan said, eyes looking full of light, and joy.

Gapryoung and Shingen, nodded their heads, grinning. Happy for Johan, new pizzeria.

All of the animatronics were in their places, getting ready to entertain their new guests, happy to finally be alive again, not feeling trapped and abandoned.

Johan had giant scissors, Gapryoung and Shingen standing on the left and right side of the red ribbon. There were so many children, parents and teenagers, it was a sight to see, for this grand opening.

Johan inhales and then exhales.

Johan positions the scissors to get ready to cut.

Snip.

Cut.

The red ribbon has been cut, and now Johan moved to the side. Everyone running in. Yelling, excited, lots of smiles.

Shingen went inside.

Gapryoung pat Johan's back lightly, giving him a look that means he is proud of Johan, now heading inside after Shingen.

Johan can feel his vision becoming blurry, from the happy tears. Johan looked up at the pizzeria. He is proud of his creation, and the help of everyone. Finally, everyone was happy, the kids all had a chance in life again, to mean something, but hopefully Gun can feel more open with everyone.

Johan heading inside.

Grand opening of..

Edenlight Pavilion.

The name of Johan's pizzeria, many years to come for enjoyment.

Enjoy while it all lasts.

[Bonus]

The building was dark. Not abandoned in the dark. Not dead dark. Soft dark.

The kind of dark that only came after a long day when the last child had been picked up, when tables were wiped, when balloons sagged quietly toward the floor.

Johan finished locking the front doors.

The click echoed.

He stood there for a moment, fingers still resting against the handle, breathing slowly. Behind him, the pizzeria hummed with low electricity.

One person stood near the stage.

Not an animatronic.

Not a reflection.

A man.

Gun Park.

He did not glow.

He was not translucent.

He looked human.

Black hair is slightly messy. The suit jacket is gone. Shirt sleeves rolled up. Like someone who had simply stepped inside and never left.

Gun stared at his hands.

He opened and closed his fingers slowly. “They work,” he said quietly.

Johan leaned against the door, arms crossed.

“You’re stable,” Johan replied. “You’ve been stable for weeks.”

Gun exhaled.

“I still don’t understand why.”

Johan looked toward the hallway that led to the office. “Maybe not everything needs a reason,” he said. “Maybe some people are allowed a second existence.”

Gun gave a faint, disbelieving huff.

Johan hesitated. Then straightened.

“There’s… someone I want you to see.”

Gun turned. “Who?”

Johan didn’t answer. He walked toward the hallway and knocked once.

Soft.

Footsteps approached. The door opened.

Goo Kim stepped inside. Older. Tired. Hair streaked with gray. Eyes that had spent decades learning how to survive without their other half.

He froze the moment he saw Gun. The world narrowed to a single point.

Gun’s breath caught.

“…Goo?”

Goo didn’t speak. He took one step forward. Then stopped.

“You’re not real,” Goo whispered. “I don’t do hallucinations anymore.”

Gun’s throat tightened. “I’m here.”

Goo laughed weakly. “That’s cruel.”

Gun walked closer. Not fast. Not suddenly. Like approaching a wounded animal.

“I died,” Gun said. “But I didn’t disappear.”

Goo’s hands shook violently.

Johan quietly backed away toward the office.

This was not his moment.

The door closed behind him.

Soft.

Only Goo and Gun remained.

Thirty years. Three months. 2 weeks. 5 days.

Stood between them like an invisible ocean.

“You left me,” Goo said.

“I know.”

“You promised you wouldn’t.”

“I know.”

Goo swallowed. “I spent decades pretending I hated you so it wouldn’t hurt as much.”

Gun stepped closer.

“It didn’t work, did it?”

Goo shook his head.

Gun reached out. Slow. Careful.

His fingers brushed Goo’s cheek. Warm. Solid. Real.

Goo inhaled sharply.

His hands flew up, gripping Gun’s wrists as if afraid he’d vanish.

“You’re warm,” Goo whispered.

Gun smiled faintly. “Still running hot.”

Goo let out a broken laugh that collapsed into a sob.

He pressed his forehead against Gun’s chest.

“I thought I was talking to memories,” Goo said. “I didn’t know I was talking to you.”

Gun wrapped his arms around him.

“I heard you,” Gun said quietly. “Every time.”

They stood like that. No rush. No urgency. Just breathing. Existing.

“I don’t want to lose you again,” Goo whispered.

“You won’t,” Gun replied. “Not like before.”

Goo pulled back slightly.

“What are you?”

Gun considered.

“Not alive,” he said. “Not dead.”

“Figures,” Goo muttered weakly. A small silence.

Then Goo said, “Can you stay?”

Gun didn’t hesitate. “Yes.”

Goo’s lips trembled. “That’s it?”

“Yes.”

Goo laughed again. Soft. Disbelieving.

“God, I married the worst man.”

Gun smirked faintly. “And you loved me anyway.”

Goo sighed and leaned back into Gun’s arms. “Unfortunately.”

Gun rested his chin against Goo’s head.

Johan watched from the office doorway. He didn’t interrupt. He didn’t speak. He just turned off the stage lights. Letting the pizzeria fade into shadow. Not as a place of death. Not as a trap. But as the place where two people found each other again.

Some stories ended with graves.

Some ended with vengeance.

This one ended with a reunion.

Quiet. Unremarkable. And perfect.

“I love you.”

“I love you too.”
