    “Yes, she had mentioned something about free land and a house?” Rowan quietly hoped Balor wouldn’t ask her too many questions. She hadn’t finished putting her story together yet and she didn’t want to give herself away before she could make a plan that would prove her innocence.

     

    Rowan is a girl on the run. Forced to abandon her life in the capitol, she's had no choice but to go into hiding until she can prove her innocence. It seems some luck was on her side though. Earlier that day before the incident, Rowan, doing her clerical duties, was putting up the new job postings in the Adventures Guild, when one caught her eye.
