George sighed as he let himself fall on his bed. The clock on his wall told him it was 3 a.m. Although exhausted, he grabbed his phone to check his missed messages. "Ten new. messages…" he said to himself. Two of them were from Wilbur. The rest were tweets or game notifications. He unlocked his phone and clicked on the chat between him and Will.

Wilbur didn’t read the message, so George just assumed he was still streaming or already sleeping. It always amazed him how healthy his friend’s sleeping rhythm was. With a bad feeling in his stomach, for accidentally ignoring Wil, just to decline his offer, he opened Twitter to check his other notifications. It was mostly just his friends commenting under posts or making jokes with each other on their alt. But one tweet stung out to George especially. Dream’s. He read the tweet with a stupid grin on his face.
Dream and George have been friends for almost 5 years now. They met on MunchyMc, and since then, they have been inseparable. Dream is one of the few people to know almost everything about George. Although there is one secret, George is not planning on telling Dream soon.
That George has been crushing on him for one year now.
The only people who know about this secret are Wilbur, Niki, Alex, Tina, Karl, Tubbo, and Tommy. He told all of them except Tommy. The younger found out about it when Wilbur, Niki, Tubbo, George, and Tommy were hanging out. It accidentally slipped out of Tubbo’s mouth. He felt so bad that he wouldn’t stop apologizing for 30 minutes, even though George affirmed to him that it was okay.
The brunette had a weird feeling, though, and was scared the blonde would accidentally spill it out on stream. But to his surprise, Tommy has told no one, even after 7 months. The British boy might be a tad noisy sometimes, but he is still a good friend and knows when he should stop joking around.
George sighed and turned off his phone. He didn’t even bother getting up to brush his teeth and take a shower. Instead, he dove his head into his pillow cushions and covered his body with his soft duvet. His cat jumped up onto his bed and rolled up next to his pillow. He smiled while feeling the sleep pull at him as his mind was running full of made-up scenarios of his best friend.
