On that warm day of August 1983 Colin was going to meet his new co-star for the first time. Her name is Nicola Bryant. Colin had only briefly heard of her from seeing some episodes of Dr.Who with Peter Davison in the lead role with Planet Of Fire being on.
As Peter had announced he was leaving Nicola was a little nervous as she was now sort of no longer the newbie on the show. As a car parked up Colin got out he had brown curls in his hair blue eyes and a light grey striped suit with a black shirt which had the first few buttons opened. JNT met him and took him to where Nicola was waiting as she had a few photos done by herself. She was in a pink strapless top and a white skirt which had colour triangles on them.
JNT introduced Colin to Nicola. "Colin this is Nicola Bryant who will play your companion Peri Brown on the show." Colin brings his arm out and shakes Nicola's hand and says to her. "Very nice to meet you Nicola." As the both looked at each other Colin was speechless, Nicola was stunning, sexy and beautiful and his heart was racing. Nicola looked at him and she too was speechless. He was tall, sexy, charming and dashing.
As the day went on for the photoshoot the two seemed to get comfortable with each other with Colin wrapping his arms around her, lifting her up and both of them enjoying each others company. As the photoshoot wrapped up Colin and Nicola got chatting privately and Colin spoke "I look forward in working with you Nicola." She replies back "I cannot wait to work with you as well, you are charming, beautfiul, nice and would make any woman fall at your feet." He blushed but smiled at the compliment. "Thank you." "I must say your beautiful, sexy and sweet." I look forward to your company at some point."
Nicola's smile extended at that compliment. After a while it was time to head home for them both. Colin took her in his arms and hugged her and gave her a kiss on the cheek and she returned the favour. "I suppose it could be a while before we will be filming scenes together. See you Mr Baker." Nicola says with a wink. He winks back but feels the nervousness in him.
He speaks with JNT after. "She's beautiful and a great choice for my companion, my heart flutters for her everytime I look at her and I don't know if I should say this but I am falling for her." JNT looks at Colin "Calm down Colin, you only met the woman and you can't seem to keep it calm down there." Colin looks at him with one eyebrow raised "How do you expect me to react when she's gorgeous, hot, sexy and would make any man fall at her feet."
As months went on Colin never stopped thinking about Nicola. Then his phone rang and it was John Nathan Turner. "Hello Colin we need you in the studio to do the regenration scene. Peter and Nicola will both be there and we will talk you through it all." "Thank you I look forward to it." Colin hung up the phone and his heart started beating when he heard Nicola was gonna be there.
Arriving at the Studio he is greeted by JNT and the cast for the regenration scene and he has to go into Peter's suit for it. He sees Nicola but is shocked as she has had her hair cut but is still beautiful as anything and his Heart flutters. They briefly exchange smiles before saying hello to each other. Their exchange was cut short as they had to get ready for the regeneration scene.
After all was done Nicola came up to Colin and spoke to him "Hello Colin, It is lovely to see you again." Colin smiles down at her and replies "It is Great to see you too." "I was a bit shocked when I seen you here as your hair is shorter but you are still stunning and gorgeous." Nicola blushes and smiles. "Well its late I suppose its time to wind down." "Would you like to go out for drinks tomorrow?" Nicola asks. "Sure say 8pm and Don't worry it will be something better than this I'll be wearing." "See you then." Colin happily replies as they smile.
The next evening the two meet at a pub nearby the studio. Colin wearing jeans and a polo top with a jacket and Nicola in a pair of Jeans and a long sleeved top which showed a hint of cleavege. They talked and laugh and even putting foreheads together and laughing.
"Well I had a fabulous time and I suppose we better go our seperate ways as we will be filming our first story soon." Says Nicola. Colin smiles and replirs back "Thank you for tonight really enjoyed your company." They hug and he gives her a kiss on the cheek.
As months go by they meet in studio and even though Colin is nervous he is looking forward to shooting the Twin Dilemma. In one scene he crouches behind Nicola and bites her ass. She is shocked. After the twin dilemma is wrapped up Colin goes to apologise to Nicola for what happened. After peace is made they decide to go out together for the night.
They stop by a club that is private and papparazzi is not allowed. Nicola is in a deep blue strapless dress which stops above her knee and Colin is dressed in a white shirt blue tie and a Grey suit. They go into the private booth and enjoy drinks, talking and laughter. She runs her hand through his curls and they stare in each others eyes. Their faces inches from each other they plant a kiss on the lips. It felt beautiful, sweet and methodical. They broke away after a few seconds. Colin whispers "lets go out the back." He takes her by the hand and finds a quiet place at the back and they kiss again but this time its open mouths and tongues taking control.
After that night they went home seperatley. As time went on they seen each other a lot outside of work as in work they had to keep it professional although when no one was looking they would steal the odd kiss with each other. Nights were spent at each others places. The beds in both houses getting a good work out and romance spilled between the happy couple and from then on they were to be forever happy. As they lay entwined together naked in bed from a marathon night of passion Nicola rubbed her hand through his curls and said "This all started when we first laid eyes on each other and this will last forever." He leaned forward to kiss her and again the night was strong with another passionate night of sex.
