I was going to be alpha.

So I came up with a brilliant plan:

What I did not plan was that he would understand that what I was proposing… was to pretend we were dating.
I tried to fix the misunderstanding.
But the lie started working.
The attacks decreased. Economics stopped targeting us. Even Political Science started giving in for reasons suspiciously related to my best friend.
