Chapter Text
The day started out just as any normal day did for Clover. They got up with Chara still asleep. Got up and started the day. This was routine. Clover could predict what could happen today.
“Clover can we talk?” Chara asked. “Okay. What do you want to talk about?” Clover asked not knowing what was about to happen. “Clover… I’ve thought about our future together and I don’t know how it will work out… so I’m breaking up with you.” Chara said. Clover stood there for a minute. “Please say you’re joking.” Clover said hurt in their voice. “I’m not… I’m sorry Clover…” Chara says. Clover started crying. Clover had hoped that the world would stay the same routine but the person they loved had left.
Clover ran to their room. They laid down in bed and started crying into their pillow. 6 hours they were crying for. Clover checked their phone and checked Chara’s contact. Blocked. Clover checked social media. Blocked. Clover now had to learn to be alone. They tired to fall asleep but without Chara to cuddle it was impossible. The bed was too big. Clover got up and walked to Chara’s room and knocked.
“Chara?” Clover said walking in. “Get out Clover.” Chara said annoyed. “But-“ Clover starts. “Get. Out.” Chara said. Clover started quietly crying. “Okay…” Clover said not putting up a fight. Clover couldn’t sleep that night. Clover waited till 7 AM to get up with bags under their eyes. Clover tried to cook a breakfast but burned it. Clover didn’t care. Burnt food was the least of their concerns.
Chara walked down and started seriously reconsidering their decision.
