   Summary

   “Someone scented you,” Mark whispers, careful not to sound accusatory. He knows his husband would never betray him, but today, vulnerable and raw, Mark’s mind spins.

   “Huh?” Junior asks.

   Mark closes his eyes, exhaling shakily. He opens them and says again, quieter this time, “Someone scented you, P’Ju.” Exhausted, he sinks into the sofa, covering his face with both hands.

   “I… that’s not possible, Mark.” Junior hesitates, the words catching in his throat. “Baby, you know our work. I hugged people today on set… it could just be something picked up from that.”

   He waits, searching Mark’s face, hoping the tension will ease. It doesn’t.

   “…Mark,” he asks quietly at last, the question hurting even as he says it, “are you doubting me?”

   His heart aches as he watches Mark unravel, helpless to stop it.
