A heist most well done!
They were on a mission.
The very important one any kid clone or their friend only could pull.
The one dangerous and full of obstacles, the one they were destined to be on.
To get the best caf in town for Fox!
After all, denial for something was a very strong motive to go and get that which was, well, denied from one to have.
And in this case, Alpha having told Baby Fox straight on, he could not have caf. And why you may ask?
According to Fox, it was the stupidest objection he had ever gotten in his short existence. After all, caf was the ambrosia of the heavens. Fox having gotten one smell of the stuff, a small taster and he was totally and eternally sold it was the best thing ever!
And so, having been told he could not have any!
Oh well, funk that!
And here the two besties were, on a mission, filled with danger to get to the shop across the street and get Fox his much deserved and certainly needed caf.
The plan clear, the timing perfect.
Crawling through the dirty vents from their nursery and into the shop was filled with adventure. Rats and other creepy crawlers there to encounter. Alas, none of it deterred the duo from their objective.
And so, as the night fell, the game was a foot.
Soon enough, the action put into full gear and in no time, the two having achieved the impossible. Having crawled into the caf shop and back, with several containers of the freshly brewed liquid.
Sitting there, giggling in the corner of the darkened room under a blanket with only the torch light, the two were sipping from the mugs.
Fox, most certainly enjoying his heavenly brew, while Riyo, well, she was getting there too, learning fast why Fox had formed such an attachment to the brew.
Friend and caf, the two things which made life good, certainly for Fox and Riyo, two besties for good.
