Lisa was excited as it was her 27th birthday, and she would be celebrating it with her girlfriend, family, and friends at a drag club in Thailand that she had reserved for the celebration. When she first told her plans to Jennie, her girlfriend was delighted and thought it was a cool place to celebrate her birthday. She received the same reaction when she told her friends and cousins about her plans, and Lisa couldn’t wait for the day her birthday arrived to celebrate it.
Of course, Jennie and her family cooperated with the drag club to make Lisa’s birthday more special. The drag club was excited, delighted, and honored that Lisa would be celebrating her birthday at their venue. And with that hey started planning with the birthday girl on what would happen at the party but kept some surprises a secret to keep her curious and excited. Before that, Lisa celebrated her birthday privately with Jennie, her family, and friends. In the Pinks group chat, they conversed, and Rosé and Jisoo wished they could join but mentioned they were busy with their schedules. They asked for pictures, and Lisa agreed.
And now it’s time for Lisa’s birthday, and she was very excited to celebrate it with the people she loves. She wore a glittering silver strapless dress that she had chosen for the party and looked at Jennie, who was fixing her makeup a bit. Lisa admired Jennie and thought that she looked gorgeous in the dress she was currently wearing for the party. “So, how do I look?” She asked Jennie, who looked up at her. “You look gorgeous in that dress, Lili,” Jennie said as she looked at her with a soft smile. “You too! That dress on you fits perfectly,” Lisa then said to Jennie, who gave her an adorable smile. “If you guys are done flirting, we need to go because we wouldn’t want your guests to wait," Alice said with an amused tone, surprising the two as they hadn’t realized she had entered the room.
That shock then faded as Jennie laughed at what Alice told them, while Lisa pouted at her manager. However, she laughed a few seconds later. After checking everything with Alice, she and Jennie left the hotel and drove to the drag club. When they arrived, Lisa met up with the organizers and the owner, who was happy to meet her. They had a small chat before entering the club, and when Lisa opened the door, she was immediately greeted with loud confetti and birthday greetings from her family and friends, including the guests. Lisa was shocked and happy and turned to see it was planned by Jennie and Alice, who were smiling at her surprise. After that, they went into the place.
Upon entering the venue, Lisa immediately hugged her parents first, then her other family members and friends. She then started interacting with the guests who were being introduced to her by their other friends. It was nice meeting them, and it was fun revealing to them that she and Jennie were dating. Before asking them to keep that information a secret, which they agreed to, Lisa thought it was great meeting new people who were excited to see her. After all the interactions, the birthday party started. Everyone danced their hearts out at the party as Lisa and Jennie went to the dance floor to dance as well. They had so much fun dancing, eating Thai/Korean food, and interacting with other people.
After this, the hosts directed the audience to the dance floor once again, as a performance for Lisa’s birthday was about to start. To Lisa’s amazement, the former volleyball player and actor James Rusameekae was on stage. “Happy birthday, Lisa,” he said in Thai as “Water” by Tyla started playing. Lisa began screaming in joy, and so did Jennie and the other guests, who were now enjoying the show. It became even more fun when Lisa was invited on stage and given a glass of water to pour down on Rusameekae, which was appropriate for the performance since he was dancing to “Water.” This amused and excited Lisa as she did that to him.
After the performance, she got down from the dance floor as a birthday cake was presented to her, and everyone sang “Happy Birthday” to Lisa, who softly smiled at everyone who attended and locked eyes with Jennie, who gave her a gummy smile. Before cutting her birthday cake, they decided to take photos first, and Lisa took pictures with everyone for souvenirs and memories. After that, Alice and Lisa instructed them with the usual: only post the pictures when Lisa starts posting and don’t add photos with Jennie. After the guests agreed, it was time to cut the cake, and Lisa thought it was delicious.
After this, Lisa and Jennie stayed to interact more with their guests, whom they enjoyed talking to and who instantly became their friends. It took a while before everyone fully left the event, and Jennie and Lisa were now in the car driving back to the hotel to change into regular clothes before going back to Lisa’s house. As the car was driving back, Lisa looked at Jennie and said, “This was a fun birthday.” Jennie agreed, saying, “Yep, it truly was.” They held hands in the car. “Thank you and Alice for making my birthday special,” Lisa then told Jennie, who smiled as they kissed one another. After changing and returning to Lisa’s house, both slept with smiles on their faces.
