After the hearing in Welcome to Heaven, a decision is made and all the Hazbin crew can do is wait as the fate of their realm is decided.
As they wait, Lucifer decides to take care of a threat to Charlie that is right under her roof, the so-called Host of the Hotel. To do so he enters into a bargain with Alstor’s rival Vox but the plan goes astray as he accidentally unleashes a forbidden spell that will change not only Hell but Heaven and Earth as well.
