Frosty paws-
paw prints across the frosted driveway
Small claw marks etched into the porch
They all remind me of you
Your small warm body, your soft coat, sharp claws, razor teeth...
Oh how I loved you, how I loved you during your sickness so much it felt as though my own joints ached along side yours.
I miss you so much, I crave nothing other than to be there laying in the snow frozen along side your now cold, small body.
