“One day,” she said dryly as she turned from closing the door, gently easing Shui Se from her back and leaning it against the wall, “you might consider sending me notice before you visit.” In response, Sha Hualing made a show of stretching languidly where she was sprawled on the bed, arms rising unhurriedly above her head in a long, drawn-out shrug.
