   Summary

   Izuku carefully set the flower crown he’d been working on atop the blonde's head.
   “Ha! Now I can be a king properly with my crown!”
   Izuku smiled at his excitement, warmth blooming in his chest as he watched the other boy admire his handiwork. “Thanks, ****!”
   The blond looked down at him, eyes bright, and reached out his hand. “You! You will be my queen, and together we’ll rule my land!”

   Izuku jolted awake in his nest of blankets, alone in his bedroom. In his house.
   Another dream about him, about the blond boy he’d fallen in love with and never saw again.

   Miles away, the king sat upright in his grand bed, breath coming fast. Another dream. It was always the same. The same green eyes. The same soft curls. The same boy gazing up at him with boundless love and admiration, the boy he had fallen for just before he vanished.
