   Summary

   They say the Kings and Queens of old walked side by side with animal spirits, creatures that were bound to them and reflections of their innermost selves. Their forms were fluid, changing from one creature to another when they first arrived. But with time, each settled as a singular beast. They say Narnia wove her magic into their forms, infusing the very souls of rulers of the Golden Age with the essence of the lands they governed.
