Work Text:

The afternoon sun was at its highest point in the sky, scorching the Nevada desert beneath it. A red sports car and a blue armored SUV sped down a relatively empty highway, disregarding any sort of speed limit that was hardly being enforced.
Coming down the opposite direction was a luxury Mercedes, being driven by the CEO of BigImportant Company, Inc. Sitting beside him was a petite, fragile Y/N, thinner than a straw with pale grey skin. Her waist was practically nonexistent, all the mass that would have been there had instead gone into her bug-like eyes, taking up a majority of her bald head.
She was so beautiful to the CEO. Just a desirable frame in a woman.. She served as a constant distraction from all the stress of managing BigImportant Company, Inc. She made it somewhat manageable.
He was so distracted by her, in fact, that he couldn’t help but remove his hands from the steering wheel, wrapping them around her small frame as he pressed his massive lips into her comparably smaller ones. He was much bulkier than her; he hardly fit in their car.
Unfortunately, driving distracted is dangerous. The CEO wasn’t paying any attention to the two oncoming vehicles, nor the fact that his car drifted out of their lane the more he leaned over to kiss his precious Y/N. And as he shifted his legs, he hit the steering wheel, jerking them over and swerving right into the elegant sports car coming their way.
High-pitched screeching and the sound of metal on metal tore through the desert as the two cars collided, both being sent off the road with debris flying. The blue SUV that had been following the sports car came to a staggering halt. It remained completely still for a heartbeat, before suddenly shifting and transforming into a towering mech, his build similar to that of the CEO. Only he was bigger, better, and stronger. He ran towards the sports car, whom had now transformed into a large mech aswell. Though, he was comparably smaller to the other one. His optics widened as he saw the state of his lover’s paint job.
     “Knockout-”
“Look what that filthy organic’s vehicle did to me, Breakdown!” He quickly yelled, looking at himself in horror as he took in the sight of scratches and scrapes, dents, and his car doors both torn off in a horrendous manner.
As if being summoned, the CEO emerged from his wrecked luxury Mercedes, carrying poor little Y/N in his bulky arms. His eyes were full of concern as he looked down at her and the small scratch that now tainted her delicate cheek. She was knocked unconscious by said scratch. And it was no mystery why.. He watched as a drop of blood began to slowly move down her face. His Y/N was hurt. And it was that stupid car’s fault.
His eyes blazed with fury as he looked up, only to be met by a very angry red mech, scowling and holding some kind of scepter in his claws. Behind him was the even larger blue one.
“You are going to pay for this!” Knockout hissed, his optics narrowing. “No one, not even little organics like you, scratches my paint!”
The CEO returned the anger in his gaze, holding Y/N close to his huge chest.
“You made my sweet, lovable Y/N bleed. You’re going to be the one paying for this and my new car!” He yelled back, before laughing. “If it were my opinion, I'd say your frame got a cosmetic upgrade.”
A sharp gasp came from Knockout, before Breakdown stepped forward, servos clutched into fists.
“That’s it, punk!” He snarled, pounding his fists together intimidatingly. “This show is on!”
The CEO ever so carefully set his Y/N down, worrying as she let out a small whimper. Her cut was still bleeding.. Two drops now littered her pretty little face. He wouldn’t let this slide. Not now, not ever.
“Oh, it’s on, fatass,” He growled at Breakdown, who seemed confused for a brief second. Fat aft? Was this organic flirting with him? Not that it mattered to him, this slag had not only damaged his lover’s framework, but his ego too.
The CEO yelled as he charged forward, raising a fist and pounding it into Breakdown's leg armour. His yell quickly turned into a howl as pain shot through his arm. All that he had left on the large mech was an extremely small dent.
However, a meek voice behind him cut through his pain.
“C-C-CEO…” Y/N whimpered, briefly awakened from her scratch-induced coma. “..Y-Y-You can do it.. f-f-or me..”
That was all the CEO needed to hear. His breathing got heavy, and he began to shift into an even larger form of himself, beginning to resemble Levi Ackerman. His muscles grew, tearing through his luxury suit sleeves.
“For Y/N!!” He yelled, charging forward and hitting Breakdown with much more force this time. The wrecker briefly stumbled back, narrowing his optics. What in Primus’ name had he just witnessed? He didn’t know humans could transform too. As he looked at his Conjux briefly, he saw the same confusion written across his faceplates.
“Hey!” The CEO yelled, balling up his fists again. “Are you gonna fight me or not?!”
Breakdown snorted with barely disguised amusement. “What are you so confident for?”
The CEO was silent, deep in thought before raising his gaze. His eyes were glowing red now.
“I, Levi Ackerman, have a duty to my Y/N. And that is to protect her. Her protection was compromised today by you and that red shitmobile. You just had to be in the way when we were sharing a moment of love and adoration for one another. You nearly killed her! Look at her! She’s barely alive among that rubble. You hurt her, and now I-”
His droning speech was cut short as breakdown groaned, charging forward with his hammer and swinging in an uppercut motion. Levi Ackerman was sent flying so high, that he blinked before disappearing, being sent into the atmosphere.
Y/N let out a cry as he disappeared, not knowing what to do now. She was CEO-less! What kind of Y/N would she be without a CEO to protect her small petite frame?!
Breakdown huffed a curse before making his way over to knockout, cupping his helm in both his servos.
“Feel better now that I avenged your paint?” He purred, placing a kiss on his intake quickly. This earned a satisfied hum from the other.
“Mmm… I will once I'm buffed back to perfection,” He nuzzled the large mech before going to grab his fallen front doors. “And after, I suppose I can reward you for a job well done~”
Breakdown grinned, his optics sparkling with anticipation.

And so, the pair groundbridged and left the luxury wreck behind themselves, caring less about the fate of the now CEO-less Y/N.
